Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Clockwork Cyber Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings. We do not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, servitude, child labour, or exploitation in any part of our business or supply chain.
Clockwork Cyber Ltd is a UK-based micro business providing cyber security consultancy, certification support, and related professional services. Due to the nature and scale of our business, our supply chain is limited and primarily consists of professional services, cloud software providers, technology platforms, and specialist delivery partners.
Clockwork Cyber Ltd is not legally required to publish a modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, as it does not meet the statutory turnover threshold. However, we publish this statement voluntarily to confirm our approach and to support transparency for clients, suppliers, and partners.
We expect our suppliers, contractors, and partners to operate lawfully, ethically, and in a manner that does not involve modern slavery or human trafficking. Where appropriate, we may review supplier practices, contractual terms, or publicly available policies before engaging with suppliers or delivery partners.
As a professional services business, we consider our modern slavery risk to be low. However, we will review this position periodically, particularly where we engage new suppliers, subcontractors, or partners.
This statement has been approved by the Director of Clockwork Cyber Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
